The service

Kinetype is a free tool for making animated text videos in your browser. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time. The site may show advertising.

Your content

• You own the scripts you write and the videos you export. You can use them anywhere, including commercially, with no attribution required.
• You are responsible for what you write. Make sure you have the right to use any quotes, lyrics, names or trademarks, and do not use Kinetype for anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading.

Our content

The Kinetype name, logo, website and code belong to us. The motion styles and sound effects are free to use inside the videos you make with Kinetype. The typefaces are open-source fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License, which allows their use in videos.

No warranty

Kinetype is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be available, error-free, or work in every browser.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Kinetype. Kinetype is free; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, India.
